have been around since the beginning of time. They tell a story of
our beginnings and endings, and everything in between.

are fun to research and collect to both young and old. |
| Button
collecting can start any where at any time. You probably have a
collection of buttons from the clothes you wear or have worn. They
fall off or are found laying around the house and you toss them in
a box or tin to save till the next time you need a button. |
| That is
how it started many years ago. The main difference is that people
did not throw their buttons away. They cut them off their old
clothes and they were passed down through the family.
